3.Frequency weighting according to signal history

•The instantaneous frequency info supplied by the phase deltas shouldreflect the input’sentire history,not just the last couple of input frames

•The PV assumption of 1 partial per bin could be problematic when appliedto reverb, because each STFT bin is soaking up the past like a sponge

	We want the phase signal to somehow reflect the history of the input’s frequency content.
